Shipping + Returns
All products are packed into recycled shipping boxes and sent USPS flat rate. This is the best and only way we can ensure affordable and timely shipping from Hawaii. We do not offer free shipping because in the end no shipping is really free. (It’s added to the cost of the products.) We want our prices to remain accessible and we appreciate and acknowledge the hardworking individuals who transport and deliver our mail.
In order to minimize waste, we don’t use filler to pad our boxes. You may find bubble wrap in your package which we collect from other businesses’ shipments and upcycle to keep it out of our small island landfill. Please reuse or repurpose it.
Our products are carefully crafted and packed by 1 pair of hands. We do our best to keep items in stock and send them out as quickly as we can, but we ask for patience and compassion as there are so many levels of magic that go into creating Zephyr Rising products. We know that you know that good things take time. In the event that we are out of stock on an item in your order, we will contact you to determine how you’d like to proceed.
Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. We’re happy to answer any questions or concerns you have about ingredients or products prior to ordering. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase as long as the item has not already shipped. We take great care to ensure products meet our high quality standards prior to shipping. You may experience slight variation amongst product batches due to the nature of harvesting and processing procedures as plants can vary from season to season or harvest location. If an issue arises with your order during shipment (such as breakage or spillage) please contact us to discuss resolution within 48 hours of receiving your order. It is our greatest desire that you are satisfied and we may request a photo to determine the best path for resolution.
