You may have heard of drinking chamomile tea before bed, but this glycerin extract makes it even simpler to bring chamomile into your life. Calming Chamomile is a yummy tasting chamomile extract that will calm and soothe in even the most difficult of situations. We like to keep a bottle on the bed side table for a safe and gentle nudge towards restful sleep. Because it's alcohol free it's also safe to use with young children who are cranky, teething, or have stomach aches.
Chamomile gently relaxes the nervous system and muscle tissue. It has been extensively studied for its ability to reduce inflammation.
You can mix Calming Chamomile into water or juice, however it isn't necessary as it has a naturally sweet flavor.
Adults: start with 1-2 dropperfuls under the tongue, depending on desired effect. Increase as needed. 5-6 dropperfuls (1 tsp) may be necessary for restful sleep in some cases but we encourage starting with less.
Kids: start with 2-3 drops orally. Increase as needed.
Best used within 12 months of purchase for optimum potency, however it won't spoil due to our extraction process if you happen to find some hiding in the back of the cabinet.
